Everyone’s body is different, which means the weight loss rate for each person is different too. For example, someone with a slow metabolism and a lot of fat tissue who doesn’t exercise enough will take longer to see weight loss compared to someone with a normal metabolism who’s slightly overweight and starts exercising four to five times a week along with a nutrition plan.
Water is perfect and includes zero carbs. Coffee and tea (without sugar, of course) are good options, as well. A glass of wine is also fine to drink on special occasions.

We’ll be really sorry to see you go, but if you want to cancel your meal plan you can apply for a refund within 14 days. You can get a partial refund by contacting our customer support (email address: [email protected]). Please provide detailed information on how the diet plan we have supplied to you has not met the product description on our website and attach the receipt of your payment to the email.
Your meal plan is prepared based on your answers to the questionnaire. You will get a list of recipes to follow a nutrition plan for the whole 28 days (five recipes per day) and a shopping list. If you click on the recipes, you will find the instructions on how to prepare meals and all the macros information. Additionally, you will get our guide, where you can find all the necessary information on the easy-to follow nutrition plan.
You will get a 28-day nutrition meal plan in a digital form. You can access your meal plan online on any device. We do not send any physical meal plans. However, you have the option to print your entire plan in a physical form.
Usually, it takes about 2 hours for our professional nutritionists to review the plan based on all of the information that you have provided and share it with you. If you don’t receive your plan in 2 hours, please check your SPAM box first, sometimes the email with the link to a plan ends up there. If you can’t find it there, please go to this link https://perfectbody.me/myplan and you will be able to access your plan by entering the email that you have used while purchasing the plan.
